South London’s Newport Street Gallery, founded by British artist Damien Hirst, is not only the location of a contemporary art gallery, but also of a trendy restaurant called Pharmacy 2. While Pharmacy 2 might sound like an odd name, it becomes quite clear as to why it is called that upon entry. The restaurant truly resembles its namesake with decor inspired by pills, DNA, and other medical iconography. Overall, Pharmacy 2 presents a unique dining atmosphere that is every bit as creative as the artwork in the Newport Street Gallery.
