Your museum with a wow-factor
The Met in New York is certainly the BIGGEST museum I’ve ever been in, but I wouldn’t say I was wowed so much as actively clubbed into submission. I mean, that thing goes ON AND ON. My favorite room there is the Statuary garden. I love looking at all the bare marble man butts. Really. I thought the Greeks and the Romans really had their butts down.
Please share with us a special personal memory related to a museum experience
I once walked around the Cindy Sherman show at SF MOMA going up to groups of people and saying, in an astonished Chinese accent, “Wah! That is the same lady! She is change her make-up, but it is all the same lady! Look! She is do something to her nose but it is her!”
